No Refunds/ Exchanges

The safety of our customers, team, and vendors is very important to Seductive Beauti. We do not accept returns, but exchanges are welcomed for equal value within 7 days of delivery. The seal and hair cannot be tampered with or altered.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within 2 business days, whether you are entitled to a replacement. If you are entitled to a replacement, your replacement will be shipped within 3 business days of inspection of product.
